Blount Fine Foods, a wholesale food producer with locations in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, needed to connect two standalone facilities, replace aging and disconnected TDM phone systems, support customized unified messaging, and enable remote communications for employees. Vertical Communications provided its Wave IP platform to address these challenges.

Vertical Communications implemented Wave IP with WaveNet, ViewPoint, ViewPoint Mobile, and Wave Call Reporting to network the two sites, unify communications, add instant messaging and mobility, and provide centralized reporting and management.
