The United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), responsible for recruiting across the U.S. and overseas with some 9,500 recruiters and more than 400 headquarters staff, needed more efficient, analytically robust research tools. The Market Research Division had been using disparate survey methods and wanted a single, actionable solution to better understand target audiences, optimize recruiter tasks, and improve overall recruiting program performance.
USAREC implemented Verint Enterprise Feedback Management to run job analyses, specialty recruiting (ARSOF) studies, sponsorship surveys, and other assessments across all command levels. The single platform streamlined survey administration, produced deeper, actionable insights (leading to task refinements and updated critical skills lists), helped generate interest and referrals for Special Operations recruiting, and was rapidly adopted after just one week of training.
