Test-Aankoop Creates Europe-Wide, Collaborative and Interactive Community Based on Telligent

Test-Aankoop, a leading European consumer-rights organisation based in Belgium with partners in Spain, Italy and Portugal, wanted to deepen customer relationships and scale services around a new renewable-energy program. Early forum efforts were inflexible, required heavy manual administration, and couldn’t deliver the real-time “voice of the customer” insight needed to inform services and grow membership.

On Sitecore’s recommendation, Test-Aankoop deployed Verint Community integrated with its Sitecore CMS, creating a customizable, API-driven social platform for users to share renewable-energy advice. The community now serves about 9,000 users across four countries, increasing brand awareness and loyalty, improving customer intelligence, and providing a flexible foundation for future features and expansion.
