The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), a leading trade association for technology services professionals, struggled with its expanding annual member technology survey: the aging survey platform didn’t support skip logic, forcing respondents to answer every question, driving high abandonment, member complaints, and at times yielding fewer than 100 completed responses.
TSIA replaced its system with Verint Enterprise Feedback Management, a user-friendly platform that supported skip logic and rapid survey building for conferences and benchmarking. After deployment, completed responses rose by more than 150% (to over 250), administration time fell, member experience improved, and TSIA gained richer, more granular data—enabling dozens of automated reports and far more actionable research.
