A Verint Systems Case Study
National Bank of Commerce (NBC), a community-focused bank serving the Twin Ports of Wisconsin and Minnesota with six branches and roughly $585M in assets, needed to modernize an aging analog surveillance system. The bank wanted an IP-based, standardized security platform to simplify administration, improve coverage, and speed investigations after experiencing limited image quality and multiple third‑party systems.
NBC deployed Verint’s EdgeVMS platform—including EdgeVR 300 hybrid NVRs, Verint IP and 360° cameras, Op-Center and Vid-Center—across its locations. The solution provided comprehensive, visible coverage, stronger forensic video and faster search functions, helping deter crime, streamline investigations and improve collaboration with local law enforcement.
