Its legacy VCR and DAT tape infrastructure was labor-intensive, slow to retrieve footage and left critical “dead spots,” limiting real‑time investigations and comprehensive coverage across its 300,000+ sq. ft. gaming space, hotel, arena and retail areas.

Verint deployed Nextiva DVRs in 2002 and edge encoders with a CAT5 network in 2006, enabling a 100% recording policy, higher-quality video, RAID5 redundancy and dual coax/CAT5 resiliency.
