ibex deployed Verint Intelligent Interviewing to automate analytics-driven screening and skills assessments (including language, typing/PC basics, and soft skills), conducting over 2,000 candidate assessments monthly across the U.S., Jamaica, Nicaragua and the Philippines. The program reduced applicant review hours by 40%, improved consistency and speed of screening, helped lower contact-center turnover, and enabled plans to integrate ATS and build predictive hiring analytics.
