Delta Community Credit Union, Georgia’s largest credit union with 400,000 members and 29 branches, was facing increasing threats and growing complexity in fraud and security risks as it expanded. The institution needed to modernize from an analog infrastructure, centralize management, and improve automated reporting, health monitoring and cybersecurity to better protect members and assets.

Working with Verint, Delta Community deployed multiple Verint EdgeVRs, hundreds of high-definition IP cameras and Verint EdgeVMS Op‑Center and Vid‑Center to create a centralized, intelligent video-management system. The upgrade modernized operations, supports 132+ users across the branch network, improved alarm identification and anomaly detection, simplified video sharing with law enforcement and strengthened overall fraud mitigation and loss-prevention capabilities.
