Delta Community Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial institution headquartered in Atlanta with more than $3.3 billion in assets and over 191,000 members, needed a scalable, networked video solution to secure growing branch and ATM operations, improve fraud investigation, and ensure safe environments for members and staff.

Delta deployed Verint’s Nextiva IP video platform, including NetDVR II and MicroDVR II, replacing legacy VCR systems to centrally capture ATM transaction data and high-quality video with optimized bandwidth, storage and system health monitoring. The system sped investigations (images from a counterfeit-check incident led to an arrest within 15 minutes), reduced operating costs, supported in-store branch expansion, and strengthened overall security and loss-prevention capabilities.
