Verint’s Nextiva Specialty Retail was integrated with ABC’s centralized POS and networked servers to provide remote video access, searchable filters by employee/date/ID, and video tied to suspicious transactions (voids, no-sales, discounts, price changes). The system sped investigations, reduced the need to transport tapes or visit stores, cut hard and soft security costs, helped resolve claims and prosecute fraud, and strengthened loss-prevention and overall operations.
