Using Verint Systems’ Verint Community platform, the organization built a 24/7 community that also links to urgent help resources and meets UK Online Safety Act requirements.
Verint Systems helped the National Autistic Society implement strong moderation workflows, role-based access, and reporting tools so all new accounts are reviewed before approval and harmful content is reduced. The result is a thriving community with 818,000 people engaging, around 400 new threads per month, and popular user-led discussions like “3 good things” reaching 28,100 views and 560 replies in just four months.
