To address this, 5CA deployed cloud-based Verint Workforce Management integrated with its enterprise data warehouse and a 15-minute API refresh cadence. Verint’s auto-scheduler, Flex Manager and MyTime modules enabled rapid scaling (90+ employees in two days), flexible staffing across customers, languages and time zones, improved real-time reporting with Power BI, faster payroll compliance, and stronger employee engagement—resulting in a sustained 1.5% monthly turnover (about half the sector average).
