5CA is a remote-first customer experience company serving major gaming and tech clients with more than 2,000 employees across 80 countries and 20 languages. Unpredictable demand from game launches, 24/7 player activity, growing channels and skill requirements made workforce management complex, while seamless data flow and a rewarding employee experience (right people, right time zones, fair schedules and adherence tracking) became critical challenges.

To address this, 5CA deployed cloud-based Verint Workforce Management integrated with its enterprise data warehouse and a 15-minute API refresh cadence. Verint’s auto-scheduler, Flex Manager and MyTime modules enabled rapid scaling (90+ employees in two days), flexible staffing across customers, languages and time zones, improved real-time reporting with Power BI, faster payroll compliance, and stronger employee engagement—resulting in a sustained 1.5% monthly turnover (about half the sector average).
