Vena replaced the manual process with dynamic Excel templates linked to a central data repository, automating updates and currency conversions, enabling one standard template for all users and offering what-if modeling and a playground for scenario analysis. A workflow engine added task assignment and near-real-time status tracking—resulting in faster, more accurate plans, reduced manual effort and clearer managerial oversight.
