Grünenthal, a global, research-based pharmaceutical specialist in pain, faced fragmented customer data and disconnected regional CRMs across its 15 affiliates in Europe and Australia. To support a new centralized, customer-focused business model and tear down regional silos, the company needed a single, flexible system that enabled seamless data sharing and full geographic coverage.
After evaluating more than ten vendors, Grünenthal selected cloud-based Veeva CRM and piloted it in the Nordics; the platform delivered fast, reliable implementation, enterprise-wide data sharing, integration potential and scalable cloud storage. The rollout unifies roughly 1,200 users across the affiliates, supports a centralized commercial organization, and paves the way for broader deployment of Veeva’s iRep iPad app and future integrations.
