How GSK’s Field Reps Save 30 Minutes a Day With Veeva CRM MyInsights

GSK’s field teams rely heavily on Veeva CRM, but they needed a faster, more tailored way to prepare for calls, manage affiliations, and handle direct-to-practitioner sampling. Using Veeva Systems’ MyInsights (now Vault CRM X-Pages), GSK set out to embed actionable insights directly into the CRM experience and reduce time spent searching for information.

With help from Veeva Systems’ Technical Services team, GSK built customized MyInsights pages for engagement planning, affiliations management, sample tracking, and usage analytics. The result was a more streamlined workflow for field teams, including an average savings of 30 minutes per day on engagement planning alone, plus quicker status changes and better visibility into sample limits and user engagement.
