Galderma migrated to Veeva Commercial Cloud—deploying Veeva CRM (multichannel, Approved Email, Events Management, Engage Meeting), Veeva Network/OpenData, Vault PromoMats, and Align—initially in the U.S. and then in nine additional markets within 18 months. The move eliminated infrastructure complexity and related costs, harmonized global sales processes while allowing regional customization, and enabled rapid digital HCP engagement (Engage Meeting was rolled out in two weeks), increasing reach and operational agility.
