DSM Nutritional Products, a global leader in vitamins, carotenoids and other ingredients with more than EUR 8.6 billion in revenue and 21,000+ employees, faced a complex regulatory burden: several hundred product registrations managed across regions using multiple systems and manual processes. Dossier submissions relied on thousands of files on local shares, email attachments, manual signature tracking and version confusion, which reduced visibility and consumed significant non‑core manpower.
