How Moderna Launched Veeva AI for PromoMats

Veeva Systems implemented AI agents directly inside PromoMats, including Quick Check Agent and Content Agent, so they could run within Moderna’s existing workflow with minimal disruption. The rollout helped Moderna review content faster, catch issues earlier, and focus human reviewers on higher-value work; Moderna said the approach would let the team do more work with the same number of people, with early signs of improved efficiency, better content quality, and shorter cycle times.
