UNICEF Hungary needed a way to manage growing inbound donor call volumes and make over-the-phone donations fast and secure. With no existing contact center setup in place, the nonprofit struggled to handle spikes from TV campaigns and to guarantee callbacks for potential donors. VCC Live provided the contact center platform and VCC Live Pay to address these challenges.
VCC Live implemented an IVR menu, callback option, secure payment flow, built-in call recording, and automated follow-up emails. As a result, UNICEF Hungary could handle high call volumes more easily, speed up and secure the donation process, and give agents more confidence through pre-written scripts and on-screen payment tools.
