Implementing Varicent ICM provided a single, flexible platform with near–real-time daily commission reporting, self-service dashboards, and a transparent dispute-management workflow. The result: sellers can drill into transactions and track payments daily, manual effort and IT dependencies have been cut, management compiles insights in 1–3 days instead of 1.5 months, and the sales organization now operates with greater accuracy, transparency and responsiveness.
