Validity’s Data Quality Solutions Help Argyle Manage a Highly Customized Salesforce Database

Argyle Executive Forum, which runs more than 200 live events and serves a curated community of over 2 million business leaders, depended on a highly customized Salesforce org that ballooned to around four million lead and contact records. Faced with frequent, time-consuming updates and the complexity of many custom objects and fields, Argyle turned to Validity’s data quality solutions—primarily DemandTools and its modules (MassImpact, MassEffect, Find/Report IDs, PeopleImport, and JobBuilder)—to manage and protect their CRM data.

Validity implemented DemandTools modules and automated JobBuilder scenarios to clean, deduplicate, import, and update records (including matching report exports to Salesforce IDs), enabling Argyle to run several daily automated jobs instead of manual fixes. The result: Argyle reduced its database by almost half, gained reliable data for event KPIs and segmentation, and cut manual work by an estimated 80–90%, making Validity’s tools a core, budgeted part of their Salesforce operations.
