The Data & Marketing Association (DMA) is Europe’s largest community of data-driven marketers and relies heavily on email to engage both B2B and B2C members. Faced with complex segmentation, shared-IP deliverability problems, and limited visibility into inbox placement, the DMA turned to Validity and implemented the Everest email success platform to regain control of its email program.
Validity helped the DMA with Everest’s list validation, design testing, inbox placement diagnostics, a migration to a dedicated IP, and enrollment in Validity’s Sender Certification program. The results were rapid and measurable: a 98% average weighted inbox placement rate, a sender score of 99, certified Microsoft placement at 100% and Gmail at 98%, plus engagement uplifts of +18% open rates, +54% click rates, and +20% click-to-open—demonstrating clear improvements in deliverability and member engagement.
