Terminix, one of the largest pest control companies in the world, needed to improve email deliverability across its massive subscriber base. Working with Validity, using Return Path deliverability support and dashboards, the team focused on boosting inbox placement at Gmail and Yahoo, which together represented more than half of its email audience.

Validity helped Terminix shift from blasting its entire list to emailing only the most engaged subscribers on a regular weekly cadence by product type. After six months, inbox placement rose to over 90% at Gmail and nearly 100% at Yahoo, while overall email program performance improved enough to drive nearly a 40% year-over-year increase in key business metrics and near-perfect inbox placement across major mailbox providers.
