Comexposium, a global events organizer present in 30+ countries that runs some 60 annual trade shows, faced severe email deliverability challenges when the COVID-19 pandemic forced event postponements and created sharp, uneven spikes in campaign volume. Individual shows sent from separate routes, hurting sender reputation and causing weak inbox placement for critical professional addresses; to centralize and optimize email delivery Comexposium turned to Validity and its email marketing suite.
Validity implemented IP warming (adding a second IP as volume grew), provided granular analysis and monitoring, trained Comexposium teams and helped them obtain Certification in November 2020. The results were measurable: Microsoft inbox placement rose from 62% to 100%, Yahoo from 77% to 95% and Gmail from 82% to 99%, while complaint rates stayed at a 0.4% average during a period when Microsoft volumes more than tripled—enabling successful large mailings and roll‑out from three pilot shows toward all 60 French events.
