Adobe, the creative software pioneer, faced fragmented account-planning data scattered across in-house systems, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, which made value-based selling and coordinated resource deployment difficult. To address this, Adobe engaged Validity and adopted GridBuddy to consolidate account information into Salesforce and enable multi-record editing and mobile access for sales teams.
Validity implemented GridBuddy to standardize account planning inside Salesforce without code or heavy IT support, providing editable, spreadsheet-like grids that auto-populate account and opportunity details and eliminate data silos. The result: on-demand, real-time access to accurate account insights across reps, managers and executives, faster and more consistent account planning, removal of redundant systems, and a dramatic reduction in manual effort (previously more than 30 page loads and over 50 actions to update records), helping Adobe close bigger deals faster.
