LocalTapiola, one of the largest insurance companies in Finland, was facing problems in sales and customer service in 2018. Internal processes were slow, customer meetings were inefficient, and employees often lacked enough information about the customers they were calling, which also led to missed sales opportunities.

LocalTapiola worked with Vainu.io and used its company data, analytics, and Vainu View in their BI and CRM systems. The company identified its most profitable target segments, improved booking and customer service performance, and increased first call resolution from 75 percent to around 90 percent. Hit rate rose 23 percent, adding 40 more meetings per quarter and an estimated 200,000€ in yearly revenue, while the collaboration has saved more than 1,500,000 euros in expenses.
