How Adven uses real-time company data to streamline their sales process

Adven, a Finnish company offering energy and water solutions, needed a more systematic sales process and a service that could provide up-to-date business information. In 2017, its sales team was at a turning point as it moved toward larger projects and needed better visibility into prospects, customers, and opportunities.

With Vainu integrated into Dynamics 365 Online, Adven brought its customer lists, top prospects, and Hold-list into one system and used real-time company data, company profiles, and workflow triggers to track changes and new signals. Vainu helped the team identify more potential SMEs, monitor up to 100 customers and new projects, and make customer contact more purposeful; according to Adven, there was “twice as much potential,” and the team said it could quickly find the information needed for the first customer encounter.
