The company used Vainu.io to keep customer data updated and identify the right time to contact clients based on current activity and buying signals.
Vainu.io’s company data, sales alerts, and workflow triggers were integrated into Berggren’s HubSpot CRM to enrich firmographics in real time and monitor signals such as recruitments, internationalization, and new product releases. Berggren says this made its sales process 5 times more efficient, improving the ratio from about 100 contacts to 10 customers down to 20 contacts to close 10 new deals, and helped raise its Net Promoter Score by 20 points.
