Common Sense Consulting (CSC) needed a better way to manage increasingly complex IT financing, contracts, and asset data, where unmanaged renewals and lack of transparency were driving unnecessary costs. The result was a streamlined solution that reduced workload, improved decision-making and reporting, avoided overpayments, and identified about 15%–20% savings potential on the managed investment volume.
