Case Study: Allianz Technology achieves centralized, proactive IT monitoring with USU IT Monitoring

Allianz Technology AG needed to consolidate more than 40 heterogeneous, isolated monitoring systems into a single, proactive monitoring environment that could support infrastructure, application, and eventually business service monitoring. To address this challenge, Allianz Technology selected USU Solutions and its USU IT Monitoring platform to create a centralized approach with greater transparency, automation, and easier integration across teams and systems.

USU Solutions implemented a phased umbrella monitoring solution covering infrastructure, application, and service monitoring, along with standardized event handling, alarm management, reporting, and ticketing integration. The result was a centralized, real-time monitoring life cycle that reduced IT costs and complexity, improved fault detection and resolution across boundaries, and helped Allianz Technology monitor around 1,000 servers, 16 databases, and roughly 10,000 events per day more efficiently.
