Robert Bosch GmbH worked with USU Solutions to transform its global IT organization into a service provider and create a transparent, standardized approach to IT financial management. The challenge was to redesign the full portfolio and establish end-to-end planning, calculation, and billing for IT services across the group.

USU Solutions implemented USU IT Service Management in phases, replacing legacy systems and structuring services down to detailed bill-of-material levels before integrating planning, costing, and charging. The result was a clear view of about 4,000 IT services, the ability to process and bill 3.5 million data records per month, and improved control over consolidated IT costs and investments across Bosch’s global organization.
