What happened when Banco Sabadell required all their digital experiences to earn a QXscore® of 85 before they go live

Banco Sabadell worked with UserTesting to improve the usability and adoption of its digital banking experiences. The bank needed to validate a wide range of customer journeys, from opening accounts and signing in to paying bills, loans, and insurance flows, while also improving site navigation and conversion.

Using UserTesting, Banco Sabadell ran more than 500 tests with prospective and existing customers and relied on the vendor’s QXscore metric to guide design decisions. With UserTesting, the bank established a minimum QXscore of 85 for new designs, reducing drop-offs and clicks and ensuring only validated experiences moved forward into development.
