Using the UserTesting Human Insight Platform and user surveys, Sage sought a more structured, data-driven way to uncover customer pain points and better understand audience needs.

With support from UserTesting Professional Services, Sage analyzed feedback, click paths, and task completion rates, then centralized findings in the UserTesting Insights Hub to guide ongoing experimentation. The work led to simpler navigation on the “All Products” page, step-by-step product tours, and more engaging dynamic visuals, helping make solutions easier to find and use while giving stakeholders on-demand access to insights.
