Jotform, a fast-growing form‑building technology company used by millions worldwide, faced widening use cases and a surge of new customers. As part of a rebrand, they needed to make sure new users could get started quickly and keep using the product—especially to drive adoption of a new Zoom integration—while reducing friction and support load.
Partnering with UserTesting, Jotform tested new logo concepts and ran onboarding and integration usability studies across regions and devices. The redesign and product improvements drove major gains: onboarding completion rates jumped roughly ninefold (about 800%), Zoom integration adoption rose 299%, and customer support needs declined.
