A UserTesting Case Study

How Little Caesars redesigned the online checkout process to drive a significant increase in their weekly order count

Little Caesars Enterprises, the pizza chain known for its fast in-store experience, needed to improve its online ordering and checkout flow for digital customers. With high abandoned-cart rates and a goal to match the simplicity of its physical stores, Little Caesars turned to UserTesting to uncover what was causing friction in the mobile checkout process.

Using UserTesting unmoderated tests, Little Caesars identified confusion around account creation, payment entry, and a checkout question about physical limitations. UserTesting-informed changes made the checkout more intuitive and faster, helped improve NPS, and led to a significant increase in weekly order count over two months, along with a new custom pizza builder designed from user feedback.
