Adobe worked with BRP on a digital transformation challenge: building a new scalable online framework for BRP’s brands, starting with a redesign of the Can-Am off-road experience. To guide the strategy, Adobe used the UserTesting insight platform to validate ideas and understand customer pain points across content, site architecture, ecommerce journeys, and visual design.
With UserTesting, Adobe ran multiple qualitative studies and gathered rapid feedback from riders, enthusiasts, and prospective buyers throughout the design process. This helped Adobe reduce risk, increase stakeholder confidence, and create more intuitive experiences tailored to different customer segments, with insights that improved the website, email, and mobile app experience.
