Banco Sabadell boosts digital launch speed by 50% with UserTesting

Banco Sabadell, the fourth-largest Spanish banking group, faced the dual challenge of digitizing existing processes and creating entirely new digital banking products. The bank needed a way to objectively measure the quality of its digital experiences before launch.

Using the UserTesting platform, Banco Sabadell implemented a rigorous testing process, running over 500 tests to validate designs with real customers. The solution centered on the UserTesting QXscore metric, with a mandatory minimum score of 85 required for any project to proceed. This data-driven approach resulted in a 50% increase in the speed of bringing projects to market and allowed the bank to successfully launch a new online account signup process that now acquires over half of all new customers.
