Talkdesk, the browser-based call center software company, needed a better way to collect actionable issue details from customers. Before Usersnap, support requests often required customers to send screenshots and JavaScript console logs, which was cumbersome and especially difficult for nontechnical users or when the issue could not be easily reproduced.
Usersnap provided Talkdesk with a visual feedback tool that lets customers share relevant information with one click, while automatically populating the data into Zendesk. Talkdesk also integrated Zendesk with its call center software to give agents real-time customer context. With Usersnap, Talkdesk improved collaboration between support and development, sped up troubleshooting, and increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
