Mimecast, an enterprise cloud cybersecurity company, needed a better way to track “champions on the move” when customer contacts changed jobs. Its manual process was inconsistent, time-consuming, and inaccurate, and earlier evaluations of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, along with an internal workaround, didn’t solve the problem.

Mimecast implemented UserGems to automate champion tracking, create new CRM records, and route movers into the right sales workflows. With UserGems, Mimecast surfaced 10X–20X more movers than previous tools and generated 276 sales opportunities worth over $18M in new pipeline, becoming one of its highest-converting channels.
