Sightsavers, a global development organization, required a flexible service management solution to support its complex workflows and critical operations, such as international travel risk assessments and employee onboarding. Their previous tool, Ivanti, was difficult to manage, costly to adapt, and forced many teams to rely on inefficient manual processes, limiting organizational visibility.

The solution was the implementation of the Halo platform. This allowed Sightsavers to internally rebuild its complex travel workflow for 223 countries and streamline onboarding with parent-child ticketing. The results included a 66.7% reduction in manual onboarding tickets and empowered over 140 agents across 34 teams to manage their processes without external consultants, making Halo the secure backbone for their global operations.
