Working with digital agency Lion & Lion, the team faced the challenge of turning overwhelming social data into actionable insights to improve content relevance and competitive positioning.
They adopted Unmetric in 2016 to simplify analytics and benchmarking using an easy-to-understand engagement score, trend-spotting, and follower-growth tracking. As a result, Maybelline New York – Indonesia achieved a 7x increase in average engagements per post, doubled its monthly follower growth rate, and became the top-performing beauty brand on Instagram in Indonesia, outpacing its nearest competitor in both engagement and growth.
