Working with Unity and realvirtual.io, the company used Unity Industry, PiXYZ, and MOVIKIT® Custom SimInterface to build realistic digital twins for virtual commissioning.

Unity’s solution enabled SEW-EURODRIVE to connect MOVI-C® controllers to digital twins with a one-click, MQTT-based workflow, while realvirtual.io handled kinematics, sensors, and physics in Unity. The result was a 70% reduction in commissioning time, 100% pre-tested PLC logic, fewer logical errors, and faster ROI for automation investments.
