Panzerdog makes major gains with Unity’s UA and monetization solutions

Panzerdog, the Helsinki- and Kaliningrad-based mobile game studio behind the isometric 5v5 shooter Tacticool, needed to strengthen its small team’s marketing and monetization capabilities as it launched on iOS and Android. Working with Unity, the team used a fully integrated development and monetization stack, including Unity Cloud Build, Unity Analytics, Unity IAP, and Unity Ads.

Unity helped Panzerdog optimize performance, track monetization behavior, and run a freemium model with in-app purchases and rewarded video ads. The results were strong: Tacticool reached over 3 million downloads, 300,000 DAU, and $1 million in revenue within a month of launch, while Unity-powered acquisition delivered 70% ROAS within one month and Unity Ads achieved a 99% fill rate.
