Inside Everguild’s holistic multiplatform release of Warhammer 40,000 Warpforge

Everguild, a small game studio in the United Kingdom and Spain, set out to bring Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge to PC, Mac, iOS, and Android with a seamless cross-platform experience and high performance on a wide range of mobile devices. To meet that challenge, they turned to Unity and its extensible Universal Render Pipeline, Asset Store, Profiler, Addressables, and Analytics tools.

Using Unity, Everguild built the game from one code base for multiple platforms, cutting engineering time in half for iOS and Android and saving months on the PC port. Unity also helped them streamline content creation, reduce download sizes with Addressables, and support LiveOps and player engagement with Analytics, enabling faster iteration and a flexible multiplatform release strategy.
