SYBO, the publisher of Subway Surfers, needed a stronger way to manage monetization for one of the most-downloaded mobile games of the decade. Using Unity’s ironSource mediation and in-app bidding technology, SYBO automated waterfall mediation and leveraged participating ad networks more effectively. The result was a 67% year-over-year increase in ARPDAU, alongside improved revenue growth each quarter and time savings for the team.
