PikPok, a game publisher and developer based in Wellington, New Zealand, wanted to improve the user experience in its hit game Rival Stars® Horse Racing by reducing problematic ad content. Working with Unity’s Ad Quality tool on LevelPlay, the team set out to better monitor the ads shown to players and address negative ad-related feedback without hurting monetization.

Unity helped PikPok track creatives, set alerts for inappropriate ads, and analyze front-end metrics like QCTR, bounce rate, accidental clicks, auto-clicks, and auto-redirects. By identifying and blocking the worst offenders, PikPok cut ad content reports to customer support by 75% while keeping revenue unchanged, creating a more transparent and pleasant ad experience for players.
