A Unity Case Study
Panda Studio, a mobile game developer in China, wanted to scale its hit title Battle Bingo but struggled to hit growth goals on its previous mediation platform. They turned to Unity and Unity LevelPlay, along with the ironSource Ads ROAS Optimizer, to improve monetization and user acquisition performance.
With Unity LevelPlay, Panda Studio used CPM buckets, waterfall optimization, and A/B testing to identify higher-value ad network setups, then activated the ROAS Optimizer to automate campaign management and optimize toward a D7 ROAS goal. The results were strong: D7 ROAS increased 222%, D7 ARPU rose 152%, eCPI dropped 21%, and compared with their prior mediation platform, ARPDAU and revenue improved by 17% and 23%, respectively.
