Navegante, a small LATAM game studio, needed to launch its first title, *Greak: Memories of Azur*, simultaneously across Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S while managing certifications and limited resources. Working with Unity and its 2D development tools, the team aimed to build certifiable multiplatform versions from a single project and keep production on schedule.
Unity helped Navegante optimize the game for multiple platforms, starting with Nintendo Switch and then branching to PC and other consoles using Unity’s multiplatform workflow, 2D tools, profiler, frame debugger, and Recorder. The results included a simultaneous digital and physical launch on all platforms, a playable Switch build in under a week, 60 fps performance across platforms, and more than 50% time saved on marketing asset creation.
