MegaJoy Studio, a hyper-casual game publisher based in Vietnam, wanted to boost revenue without sacrificing user acquisition quality. The team turned to Unity and its LevelPlay mediation plus ironSource Ads to help improve ROAS and reduce the time spent manually optimizing CPI campaigns.

Unity implemented the ROAS optimizer for MegaJoy’s new title, Role Swap: Tricky Puzzle, using a target based on prior campaign performance and growth goals. The results were strong: spend rose 400% in the first day, D1 ROAS improved by 20%, app revenue grew 4.5x, and MegaJoy doubled total portfolio revenue in just 60 days.
