FreePlay, a hyper-casual game publisher, needed a way to keep its hit game Count Masters climbing the charts after it began slipping from the top 10. To help scale user acquisition while maintaining strong day 1 ROAS, FreePlay turned to Unity’s ironSource LevelPlay, including its day 1 ROAS optimizer.
With Unity’s ironSource LevelPlay D1 ROAS optimizer, FreePlay scaled installs by 307% while still exceeding its ROAS goal. The campaign also drove a 34% increase in DAU and a 21% increase in ARPDAU, helping Count Masters return to #2 on iOS and #1 on Android in the US charts.
